Good value, lovely family cottages!

We usually book through Cottages.com, but Yorkshire Hideaways had some great family friendly cottages. We were looking for coastal cottages and found a perfect one for a short break. The booking process was straightforward, and the pricing was clear. My only small criticism is the website could be a bit quicker to load sometimes. Overall, a very positive experience and good value for money.

The cottage itself was exactly as pictured, very clean, and felt cozy. We had an open fire, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue with one of the kitchen appliances not working, but customer support was quick to respond and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, a positive experience and a relaxing stay. The quality of the accommodation felt high for the price.

Mostly positive experience

We booked a large holiday home for a family gathering. The property was fantastic, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The photos online were accurate. Delivery of check-in info was prompt. My only minor gripe was that the hot tub took longer to heat up than expected on the first day, so we couldn't use it straight away. Otherwise, a really pleasant stay and good overall value for the size of the place. Customer service was helpful when I called about the hot tub.
